Nepal Oil Corporation categorizes regions into three pricing groups based on geography and transportation costs. Cities such as Charali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amlekhgunj, Bhalwari, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, and Birgunj fall under the first category. Surkhet and Dang are in the second, while Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Dipayal are categorized under the third group.
